Ao todo foram beneficiados cerca de 670 pacientes em hospitais de 12 cidades &#8211; Aracaju (SE), Campo Grande (MS), Fortaleza (CE), Goi\u00e2nia (GO), Porto Alegre (RS),\u00a0Macei\u00f3 (AL), Recife (PE), S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds (MA), Campinas (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) e Curitiba (PR).<\/p>\n<p>No Rio de Janeiro, a a\u00e7\u00e3o social ocorreu no Hospital Federal de Ipanema e beneficiou 50 pacientes,\u00a0com idades entre 50 e 70 anos, assintom\u00e1ticos, que nunca realizaram colonoscopia e que estavam na lista de espera do SUS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUm dos motivos do mutir\u00e3o \u00e9 de informar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e aos m\u00e9dicos da assist\u00eancia b\u00e1sica da necessidade do exame, atrav\u00e9s do qual podemos reduzir em at\u00e9 90% a incid\u00eancia de c\u00e2ncer\u201d, afirmou a Dra. Ana Zuccaro, chefe do servi\u00e7o de Endoscopia Digestiva do Hospital Federal de Ipanema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DADOS DO MUTIR\u00c3O NO HFI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60 pacientes marcados,\u00a05 faltaram,\u00a04 exames foram suspensos por preparo inadequado dos c\u00f3lons e 1 pelo anestesista;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Resultados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>28 pacientes (TDA : 56%) com um ou m\u00faltiplos adenomas, sendo 1 LST. Todos ressecados.<\/li>\n<li>26% dos pacientes &#8211; 13 casos &#8211; o exame foi normal;<\/li>\n<li>18% dos pacientes (9 casos) diagnosticadas outras doen\u00e7as, com predom\u00ednio da doen\u00e7a diverticular;<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o houve nenhuma intercorr\u00eancia cl\u00ednica ou complica\u00e7\u00e3o endosc\u00f3pica;<\/li>\n<li>Em metade dos casos (25 pacientes) a seda\u00e7\u00e3o\/analgesia foi realizada por m\u00e9dico anestesiologista e a outra metade (25 casos) por m\u00e9dico endoscopista do Servi\u00e7o . N\u00e3o houve nenhuma diferen\u00e7a quanto a efic\u00e1cia da seda\u00e7\u00e3o, despertar do paciente, tempo de exame e tempo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o na RPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONFIRA AS
